Terms & Conditions

Payment can only be made in GBP (£ Pound Sterling).

Payment can be made by cheque or cash. When you request a booking you will be sent an email with details of where to send the payment.

In the event of two separate individuals wanting the same days, the person whose email arrives first will take preference.

Bookings for a seven-day period are preferred to be made from Saturday PM to Saturday AM.

A non re-fundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking, with the balance being paid eight weeks before departure by cheque or cash.

Shorter breaks during a Monday to Friday period are welcome at a pro rata rate, subject to availability. Contact me with details and I will give you a price for your requirements.

The prices quoted on the Prices page are per week and not per person, and include full use of the swimming pool, electricity, water and laundry.

Please bring your own beach and tea towels.

Please note that on arrival you will be met and welcomed and given the keys to my house by Julie who looks after my property in Spain. She will also sort out any problems you may have whilst staying in the property, as she lives opposite my house.

Also at this time, €150 (euros) needs to be given to Julie - €100 of this is a deposit for the house keys which will be returned to you at the end of your holiday when you return the keys, and the other €50 euros is non-returnable and is for the cleaning of the house and laundering of  linen used. 

You agree that you will not abuse the property and/or its contents during your stay. Any damage to the property and/or its contents must be reported to Julie as soon as possible. Any damage that is regarded as malicious will be repaired at your cost.

Normal check out is by 10.00 and arrival after 13.00,  although other times can be arranged subject to availability.

The owner reserves the right to amend the Prices and the Terms & Conditions at any time.
