Golfing Information
There are 3 superb golf courses nearby, in fact Villamartin Golf Club is within walking distance from my house.
A par 72 course which opened in 1972, it hosted the Mediterranean Open in 1984 and the Spanish Open
in 2000. It is regarded as a classic, world-famous championship golf course.
Campoamor Golf Club is a Par 72 course which opened in 1989.
It is an extremely popular course which is well worth a visit.
Las Ramblas Golf Club is a Par 72, which opened in 1991.
This is probably more spectacular than the Villamartin course.
There are another six golf clubs within a 10-20 minute drive, La Marquesa and La Finca to name two of them.
The famous course at La Manga is approximately a half hour drive south of my house.
