The three-bedroom property which sleeps six is in Villamartin (see map) and is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings. It is a very comfortable home which reflects the decor and style of Spanish houses in this part of Spain.

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. For the convenience for all guests, please note that it is non-smoking inside the house, but there is ample room to smoke on the downstairs and rooftop terraces.

In the lounge area there is a television which has Sky TV with the usual channels, so you needn't miss out on your soaps while you are away on holiday.

There is a full roof top solarium, which is very private and gets the sun throughout the day. Guests also have full use of a shared communal pool with a shallow area which is ideal for  young children. We ask that you always supervise children if they are using the pool.
